Refund policy

At Painkiller.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pain relief creams/tubes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side.

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. After shipment, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
